GRAMA SABHA NOTICE

Dear Citizens,

It has been decided to convene the Grama Sabha meetings for Wards 1 to 18 of Padinjarathara Grama Panchayat from July 18 to July 30, 2026, at the venues and timings specified below.

Active participation in the Grama Sabha is the duty of every citizen to provide constructive and effective proposals for the holistic development of our Grama Panchayat. You are cordially requested to attend the meeting without fail to select beneficiaries for the 2026–27 Annual Plan and discuss related matters, and to extend your sincere cooperation and valuable suggestions toward the panchayat's development and welfare initiatives.

Agenda

  1. Approval of the 2026–27 Annual Plan Beneficiary List.
  2. Approval of the MGNREGS (Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme) Social Audit Report.
  3. Other relevant subjects permitted by the Grama Sabha.
